01What should I include in my event tickets brief?+
Start with the format, desired quantity and artwork status. For this product, it also helps to know about admission details, numbering needs, perforation requirements. Add your target date in the notes if you have one.
02Can you help with the design?+
Yes. Choose “I need design help” in your brief and describe your idea, brand and intended use. Design is a separate paid service with a fee for this product, charged once rather than per printed piece. The scope and fee are confirmed before work begins.
03How do pricing and turnaround work?+
Pricing and timing depend on the final size, material, quantity, finishing and artwork. Your brief captures the direction; it does not place an order or confirm a production date.
